Belvoir Newsletter

Newsletter which was produced to publicise the relaunch of Belvoir's Chorlton office and distributed to homes throughout the Manchester area. This brief also included the organisation of content and the majority of the copywriting.

Belvoir posters/postcard

A1 posters to advertise Belvoir's services to potential landlords and tenants, specifically aimed to target the shared house/flat market. Stock images were used which were supplied by the client. The poster aimed at tenants was also printed on one side of an A6 postcard.

Below are more examples of A1 posters I have produced for Belvoir Lettings' Manchester office between 2008 and 2010. These were all produced to Belvoir's brand guidelines.

A6 Postcards were also produced to match the following two posters.

The design of the above poster also included consultation with the company who manage the branding for Pure Gym to ensure that the finished result also adhered to their guidelines.

Belvoir animated banners

Belvoir/First Step/Life Buildings advertisements, BBC Ariel magazine

Advertisements which were published BBC Ariel magazine for Belvoir, First Step and Belvoir combined, and Life Buildings.

This was a rebranding project to refresh the visual look of Life Buildings, Hulme, and to market the existing empty apartments.

Cygnet Court, Smethwick

This is a roll up banner I designed for an exhibition to advertise apartments at Cygnet Court, Smethwick, West Midlands. The branding was already in place so I designed the banner to match using examples of the branding and a stock image supplied by the client.

The above advertisement appeared in the Birmingham Mail and Express & Star prior to the open day to promote the sale of the apartments. Four large posters of the same design were displayed in Birmingham city centre and in various locations around the West Midlands.
